Camelia Lambru discovers the passion for organizing events as soon as she finishes her studies, starting to work in the MICE sector, specializing in the design and implementation of incentive trips and motivational events, experiential training, team building, meetings and conventions throughout Italy and at Abroad.

In the meantime he becomes a life coach and business coach and collaborates with meeting and congress agencies, banks and international institutions.

In 2009 she began by chance a collaboration with an American wedding planner who will put her in touch with the fascinating world of wedding.

He specializes in the United States and works as a wedding planner, before returning to Italy where he opens his agency My Perfect Wedding, which immediately establishes itself as a leader in destination wedding and Luxury Wedding.

Since 2016 she has been the creator and producer of the Italian Wedding Awards, together with Mariangela Savonarota, the 1st national recognition for the best companies operating in the wedding sector, an itinerant event that aims to promote Made in Italy through the destination wedding.

From his great passions coaching and wedding, Wedx was born in 2019, the international wedding conference in Italy, with a focus on Destination Marketing and Destination Wedding Management.

Speaker, motivator, creator of workshops for the wedding industry.

In 2020 he created IWA Wedding Coaching Academy, a personal and professional growth course with a particular emphasis on Business Coaching, Destination Wedding Marketing, management training and leadership courses for companies operating in the wedding sector.
